Glad she had some help to fix that puncture. Her comments on tubeless made me laugh though! That hole could easily be plugged and you can reduce pressure with tubeless.

I was wondering if maybe it was necessary to put a gaitor on the inside of that hole, Inner tube can easily get damaged when under pressure with a hole like that in die tyre.
