This is my first ride report ever. Ill keep the words to a min, and give you all lots of photos. Let me know if you have any questions regarding the ride.
The Marico oog was an amazing spot to swim in after a log dusty ride. And we had the camp site to our selves which made for a quite but very cold night.
2x Dr650 pigs mine (blue tank) stock standard, @MichaelFel's is far from stock
Day 1 - 230km bout 70km tar rest all dirt.
finally some rest in the shade of the Oog campsite.
The temp inside my tent at 6am. The ice in the pot outside the tent...
Day 2 - 350km
The road from Marico Oog to marico dam was the best of the trip amazing views varying terrain and would be a real challenge in the rainy season.
After the Marico dam we hit some quiet tar to get back south and do the boons to Hekpoort dirt which was also a great section of dirt.
The great section of dirt going from the oog to groot marico, bit of a mini mountain pass.

The section of dirt from boons to the rustenburg road. Very lekker riding this road.
Finally a cold coke at Hekpoort. before the boring tar back home.
