Joburg - Kathu. Halfway camp spot

I've got to pick up a bike in Kathu this weekend and making a bit of a road trip out of it. Was planning on staying over in Bloemhof at Sinkdak on the way down Friday but it seems there is a fishing comp or something going on down there and everything is chokkers.

Anyone got any suggestions on a nice spot to camp about 350 kays out of Joburg in the general direction of Kuruman? Don't mind roughing it a bit
