Lekker RR. Gooi nog foto's. Waar's die Doring rivier crossing, of kom hy nog?
 
It took us until about 1 o clock to reach here and it was only 100km from clanwilliam.

My moed was op, I started thinking of hiring a chopter. Luckily from here the road is actually a road.

My water was finished and it was still far to go, Luckily with Weskus,s navigational skill are not on par with his riding skill and we waited near a shack at one point and  I met Hendrik , who swapped some cool water for cash , we voluntered his chair and we sat , had a smoke and a chat. He also explained the route weskus was in search  of but  a different direction.

The doring river crossing was the only issue still left, I don,t know how weskus and blinkes crossed it and they never told us, But they eagerly awaited 2sd and myself for a less than elegant crossing.

But those rocks in there are not nice, but at least I was strong enough by then to paddle

Da's niks fout met my navigational skills nie, net julle geloof, ek's bly ek rook nie anders het ek my gister vrek gerook.. :pot:

Ek ken daai gevoel van onfiks, moeg, dehydrated en net die flippen pad klaar kry  :imaposer: Dink daar is baie van ons wat so voel...meer gereeld as wat ons sal erken  :peepwall:

Is daai rivier crossing nog so vol sand?
 
Die klr het darem 13,6l petrol gebruik van Clanwilliam en terug , en olie niks. Hy het wel na die lunch stop n olie lek opgetel, ons sien toe die sump prop het n moerse hou weg. Maar omdat ek stadiger gery het nie n rook kans of ruskans kon kry by die laatse stops nie, was die kol maar altyd klein.

Het vandag die storie bietjie bekyk, jy kon die moer met jou hand uit draai, dit het met n impak oor n klip effens , gelukkig nie genoeg nie los gekom.
 
Wonder net wie het vir wie daar pos afgelewer, daar is niemand nerens, to quote weskus on a different road a farken baboon with a walking stick won,t even get up there, in afrikaans "nie eers n karnallie se bobbejaan met n f*kken donnerse kiere kan daar loop nie"
 
now I see how things  operate, my baboon changed from a typically used namakwalandse word to a karnallie, soft editing :thumleft:
 
Wat n lekker ride, ou Weskus vlie oor daai klippe met daai groot masjien, en toe hy nog n pak 3-bone slaai uitpluk, toe hang my bek oop. En hy hang nie sommer oop nie. Lekker ouens, mense wat wil ry.
En ou Blinkes, hoe voel daai regter gewrig vandag?
 
en moan oor sy bier wat agter in die sak oopgeskiet het, wat het hy dan verwag. ten minste kon ek die koerant waarin dit toegedraai was oor my gesig sit vir bietjie lavenis
 
Ja dit was lekker manne, ek dink net ons moet Tgg se naam verander na Tafelgebed toe, fok Weskus, waar kom jy aan al die kak wat jy so kwyt raak? Nee wat ou Danie die gewrig is al gewoond daar-aan, enigiets om Weskus se gat te krap om weer 'n klomp stront kwyt te raak.
 
Tafelgebed?, gaan jy nou ook vir my begin bid, my suster het al opgegee.  of is dat ek nou dat ek n  keer  of 2 bietjie die pad met n omdraai geneem het en bietjie loop neer le het . Maar ek sien jy en weskus is bietjie nogal griewelik, ek moet nogal links hou oor die laaste doring rivier crossing wat jy in sy dinges gespin het, daai kant was net oop gate, n  k.s. bobbejaan met n kiere word net soveel keer gevang :ricky:
