I met Wes back in 2012 when I did my Zen trip. The only bike I considered to be cooler than my R90 was his W650, then still in sort of original guise.. I wanted one. I followed every step of his build, with some guidance and encouragement along the way, to make sure it came out the way I wanted it :lol8:
And then I dreamt. When it came up for sale in 2016 the timing was not right. I sugged. The bike was lost, but alas the fairies smiled on me. It did not sell. Couple of weeks ago it came up again and I was not going to miss it this time.
It needs work,, but this time I don't mind. So here is to be the new owner of a piss cool bike :thumleft: Thanks Wes.
