The time has come to put Grand Pappy's old trusted steed out to greener pastures. He still remains the original owner since purchased way back in '86 - and is now 85 years old, and needs 4 wheels to stay upright.
The Bike has not been “restored” – it is 100% original, it has relatively low hours and was used mostly around a farm, not for any competition / enduro’s. It is currently not in a running condition, but was in regular use until an electrical issue occurred (no spark). The engine remains stock standard, along with the rest of the bike. It’s not often that a bike of this age is found with all its original OEM parts, right down to the nuts and bolts - it even has the original purchase receipt. It has an alloy silencer fitted, but the original silencer is still available to get it back to 100% OEM authenticity. This would be an ideal project for a full restoration, or just for some vintage fun.
Also included with the bike is the original owners/workshop manual.
