On my XT project there is an aftermarket CDI fitted from a XT250 however I'm sure all kill switch circuits will work the same. On my bike however it does not matter if kill switch is off or not the bike will spark when kicked over (igintion switch does kill it). I have measured the kill switch and there is continuity as it should have. It is connected to the black and black / white wires which is correct if I look at the diagram. Any reason why spark is not removed when the kill switch is on ?
