Klr 650 emergency repair

Hey guys I'm after a mechanic to look at my mates KLR 650, bike bogs down badly under load basically unridable I don't know the bikes so can't really help much but I have replaced the vaccum petcock line as it was buggered but that made no.difference so can anyone recommend a mechanic or point me in the right direction
