New member and severly computer disadvantaged but at least I try to get the postings going!
However, I have a question - my Nov 2004 KLR (28 000km to date) uses a fair amount of oil. Estimated about 500ml per 1300-15000 km. Used everyday for commuting and seeing my clients over the city and Saturdays on dirt roads as well. No visual signs like smoking exhaust or dripping oil except for bit of blackness on the back fender.
Should I worry or is this normal. Does the other bikes use the same amount of oil?
