Noxious`s KLR speedo got wet from a river dunking on the way to West Cape bash and stopped working a few kms later. He has now stripped the unit and found the problem,the primary spindle gear that gets turned by the speedo cable is plastic and is worn down so that it makes no contact with the other gear Its a 2006 model (old shape)
Surely some kind dog out there has an old KLR speedo lying around that he can salvage this gear from?
