Hi Guys and Gals,
I joined somewhere this week and forgot to introduce myself. I ride a 2008 KLR and still thinks it is the best bike around...
Anyways, as seen from the topic, I have a bit of a fight going with KMSA about a warranty related claim. In short: They admit that my head and cam was damaged due to a defect in material, but they refuse to replace it under warranty, because of a stupid "safety precaution" clause in the owners manual (not warranty guide). What I'm asking: If you have any issues with customer service from KMSA and feel as strongly about it as we do, please let them know and if you want refer them to this specific case.
