KLR riders - need some help please. :( I must replace both front and rear sprockets and the chain at the same time. Have done 32 000 on sprockets (originals) and 18 000 on current chain. I ride mostly on tar seeing my clients and play weekends on dirt roads. Top speed not very NB at this stage (145kph about it!) but what can/must/should I do re the size of the sprockets? Happy with the bike as it is but understand that the amount of teeth front and/or rear can affect power delivery, top speed and fuel consumption...
I believe Chaintech (of so iets) produces some sort of titanium sprocket that apart from lasting very long also can be used as a ninja weapon (of so iets).
Thanks.
