KLR vibration

I have a new KLR and there is a resonating vibration on about 5000-5500 rpm ,when I put my hand on the crash bar it feels very prominent on the c/bar.Could this be a badly fitted c/bar causing the resonating-vibration or is it normal on the KLR.I want to fit spotlights on the c/bars but with this vibration I don`t think it will take very long before it vibrates the spots to pieces.Any ideas on the cause of the vibration ?
