So, I recently gave the KLR some TLC after the rear shock started leaking. I bombed it off to Superfoxi and decided to service (Filters, oil, plug) the bike, give it a proper clean, covered the seat, blast and paint the bash plate and crash bars etc. I charged the battery as the bike stood for almost 4 weeks. So I received the shock yesterday, reassembled the bike and NOTHING. Its dead

The motor swings but it refused to come to life. I do believe that some fuses blew as the dash lights are now dead too. Could a fuse cause the bike not to start?
