I'm thinking of getting some knee braces as a preventative measure against hurting my knees even more. I went for an arthroscopy on my left knee a while back and find I am still struggling with it, my right knee has also starting giving in recently.
I was hoping to get some info on these braces (any make) from guys that are using them at the moment.
I'm worried that because it limits movement, my leg(and knee) might move in a more unnatural movement than it would have without it on my leg, and cause damage to it in little, or small impacts etc. where normally my leg would just have moved in a natural more normal pressure releasing direction.
Should this be a concern or are these braces a sure way to reduce risk?
