KTM 300 Misfiring

Wondering if anydogz can help me pleez....... my 300 was running perfectly and then developed a sudden misfire from around half throttle! I have cleaned carb, filters, replaced plug and most recently replaced the stator but problem persists although new stator did make a slight improvement. I am at wits end and seriously need some advice before I set it alight............ I not sure if it is timing related or what as it will just not rev cleanly through.....

Throw me a lifeline pleez...........
