This bike has been turned into a fully licensed , road legal Adventure bike that can travel around the world.
26 things have been done to complete this build which is a complete nut and bolt restoration , followed by major additions and modifications to turn bike into a fully fledged Adventure motorcycle.
The specifics of the build will be given to interested parties, PLEASE NOTE : Len Van Rooyen from P.M.B. who is an absolute fundi on the 525 was responsible for this complete build.
The build cost me R 72 k but for a quick sale I will accept R 55 k .

This is a list of what's been done to turn this bike into a full blown Adventure Motorcycle : -
1. Stripped down totally , followed by a total nut and bolt restoration.
2.Spray painted frame and hubs Ktm orange.
3.All nuts and bolts Nickel plated.
4.Cush drive rear hub fitted.
5.Front Light - A stronger / better later model one fitted.
6.Rear subframe professionally strendthened to take luggage bag. If not strengthened the subframe will break in half the first time luggage is carried.
7.Rear luggage rack fitted.
8.Connection fitted for trickle charger.
9.Brand new black D.I.D. rims.
10.Orange headlight protector.
11.Special larger screen fitted which is very effective.
12.Side Stand - the standard one breaks off easily so special reinforced mounting was installed and Fastway very strong stand fitted..
13.Seat. Standard seat is very hard so specially rebuilt to be very comfortable.
14.Long Range tank fitted.
15.Brand new exhaust header pipe fabricated and fitted.
16.Radiator fan fitted.
17.Hour meter fitted. only done 96 hours.
