KTM 990 ABS and Off road (fitment)

I recently replaced my standard front mud guard with a super enduro mud guard, the reason? the standard 990 mud guard dont do mud. the super enduro fits perfectly and the shock protectors just needed a new hole to fit. it takes me about 2 min to change them around but i decided to keep the more off road fender on, just one problem now, the ABS bracket dont fit! I normally switch the ABS off when going dirty but on those long tar stretches inbetween the ABS really helps (specially in wet conditions with the TKC's) Is it possible to fit the ABS on the 990 with the higher front mud guard?  atch:
