KTM 990 ADV whats fair

I have a well loved and used 990 Adventure. I am toying with the idea of upgrading to a 1290 adv R.

The bike is in excellent nick having just been repaired after an altercation with a pedestrian.

The bike is a 2011 in that beautiful Dakar blue. Today it has 80 670km's on it.

What would a fair asking price be?
