KTM 990 ADVENTURE S "Clutch biting"

Hi All, I have recently get myself an KTM 990 Adventure and had a question on the clutch working. When she is cold (first couple of pull aways after startup) the clutch bites. The clutch mevement is not smooth and it feels like the bike wants to jump forward. I have to pull away like a granny when cold... Higher revs and feed the clutch.

Has anybody come across this? Is there something I can check? I have not got the bike for long now and not sure what oil she is running on. Could this effect the clutch as it is a wet clutch?
