KTM 990R - 1st and 2nd gears are "sticky"

Hey WD's

Any idea what could be causing my 1st and 2nd gears to be struggling lately?
Did a recent trip to Lesotho, and used the clutch a lot climbing up Sani Pass, but I was wondering, could it be my clutch?

What sort of oil, or maintenance is necessary on Clutches, and where do I start looking?
It struggled to get into 1st, and 2nd sometimes, almost have to apply heavy downward pressure to get 1st, and reverse pressure to get into 2nd.

Please advise.
