KTM 990R good buy or not

2010  - R 105000 26k km  crashbars gel seat tall screen new chain and spockets      And I know the guy    big plus to me and its in my town

or

2010 - R 120k 16k km  akros steering  damper new tyers                                     

whats the trade and retail on the bikes    ?
will it keep its value in the future  ?
