Does anyone know a way, how I can have my learner licence before the end of this week?
I know it sounds arrogant or what ever but I these traffic departments are just as insane and frustrating (telling you all sorts of bullshit that is nowhere the same...!
I am cancelling my appointment at Gordon's Bay department first thing tomorrow morning which is for end September.
Then something else needs to be done quick!
Please help or direct me to someone you know, who knows someone else, who knows who can help me with this kak.
