Learners License Booking - Please help

Hi Dogs

My friend has been wanting to buy a bike for the last 6 weeks. His funds have now become available but he is struggling to get a learners license booking for 3 weeks now !! He cant get the bike without this. Anywhere is Gauteng, he is prepared to travel.

Does anyone have any contact no's or any advise. PLEASE help if you can. He is dying to get out there and do some some adventure riding and of course join Wild Dogs
