Looks nice, but is it possible to do in 3 days and is the route actually do-able ?
Its out first trip into Lesotho so all i have to go on is ride reports.
Biggest concerns
1. Where do we get petrol ?
2. Where can we stay along the way ?
3. How long will certain sections take, so we can work out the sleeping places.
This is the rough route i just plotted in. Im attaching a .gdb from mapsource.
Basic plan is:
Going in At Tele Bridge follow the A24
Hit a left on to the N2 when the A24 stops.
Follow the A2 through Mohales Hoek
After Mohale take the B25
Onto the A2 and right
Off the A2 and right onto the A5
A5 left onto the A3
A3 into some road that turns into the A25 Round the right of Katse Dam
A25 becomes another road B804? round Katse Dam
Onto the A1 right
A1 becomes the A14
A14 all the way to Sani
Total Distance 642km.
