LF: G450X cylinder head cover

My G450X's cylinder head cover has the one mounting hole drilled out as part of an aftermarket oil catch-can kit, except I don't have the catch can - the breather pipe simply joins the existing oil breather pipe with a T-piece. Nonetheless, this fitting on top of the cylinder head cover leaks oil, no matter if I add new O-rings, etc, so I'd rather just replace the cover and revert to standard setup.

Anyone have an unmodified one lying around?
