Looking for 3m 'Velcro' dots (Northern Suburbs Cape Town)

Does anyone know where in the WC Northern Suburbs I can get the 3M Velcro dots for a headlight protector ?

Takealot and Builders have, but it looks like they only have squares and strips

Anyone know where's the dots at ?
