Looking for a Project Bike

Hi All

I'm looking for a project bike, but not to major,  that I can use for my son to learn some mechanical skills. He is turning 16 and the idea is if he can fix it he (we  :biggrin can ride it. Something like Honda XR 200 or similar.

Any ideas and anything available?
