Looking for a riding buddy

I am looking for a riding buddy. I stay in Table View and normally ride at the back of Parklands. My current one is going back to work off shore. I would probably rate myself an 4/10 off road. I need to practice as there is another Namibia trip before the year end. My time is flexible. I am happy to join a group if there is one riding there.
