Looking for: scooter & russian minsk

Do any of you dogs know where I can find a original russian minsk (aka munks)?
I recently returned from vietnam where we toured with these beasts and I am looking for one in SA. Also, my neighbor is looking for a scooter for her son who is turning 16 in April. Give me a shout if you can help with either
