Uitstekend gedoen Bessie. Lyk vir my na die avontuur van 'n leeftyd.

Ps. Kry so bietjie jou pa om te smile  :) op die pics man.

the famous Jose in Lobango: His biker’s bar is a must stop in Lubango. This family can tell a story of the history of Angola They did not left Angola for Portugal after independence in 1975 because they were not allowed to leave.  It is a sad story of horrible suffering and endurance and persistence and survival like it is almost difficult to believe.

Kahama Police station back yard camp. In the background you will see my toilet on the right. Only when you crouch can no one see you.

Just a question, was fuel not too much of a problem from time to time. Did you need to carry additonal fuel (how much and how)?

Thanks for good reading!!!

the longest stretch was 400km from Mongu in Zambia to Lumbala Nquimbo in Angola...

with our custom made auxiliary tanks we had 500km in the kitty.

but petrol is everywhere to be found... in bits and pieces.
