I'm 1.63m and just bought a 2007 KTM 300 XCW.  There is of course just one problem:  the bike is too high for me.  So what I need to do is lower it as much as possible without having wheels scrape fenders or something like that.  What I need to know is how I can lower the bike.  I know I can shave the seat, change the lag and lower the suspension (a little), but that is likely not going to be enough since in all it will give me limited results.  I past my riding enduros phase and just want to do fun rides and play around.  Can the frame be modified?  Is there anyone in the Cape Town (hopefully Northern Subs) area that can do this?  Is there anything else I can do?  I have checked out the Kouba Links site, but they do not seem to support the 2007 KTM's.

And no, telling me to buy a lower back is not an option!
