Actually no, I think it was a 2013 model...or was that the 800gs...or the cruiser. Sorry, I was too busy bike perving to take notes BUT it definitely was not new

Okay, I will definitely reconsider the Dakar, who needs to struggle even more when out on a ride. I hear your side of the world is very stunning. Maybe next year, this year has some crazy plans in it and Im going to have to kill myself with work to make it happen I seriously want to do Baviaans so definitely making a trip next year

I am ticking that bucket list item this year - EC Bash here we come.
