When someone asks me what fun thing have I planned for the day servicing my bike
Of course I'm meant to be working, but what fun is that

New clutch lever will hopefully be arriving next week Saturday.

Oil changed and air filter done. Radiator, coolant and brake fluid done.


Time to clean the chain and check sprockets







Oh and cleaned the front sprocket cover. A lot of gunk there.



All cleaned up and checked the teeth



Time for a wash








All nice and clean. Now to wait till she dries and then lubing her up for more fun and games.

I checked on that grey DR650 info. He is wanting R85k for a 2013 model. Yes, I double checked the price and year.

Why would a brake lever bend like this? I actually don't mind it like this, it has a great grip. I'm just curious why it's happened.

It doesn't make sense....bending the opposite direction. Maybe you weren't using it enough and it started to distance itself

No, I haven't fallen or dropped the bike on that side

When I did drop the bike during CT, I snapped the clutch lever, it didn't bend at all

I have acerbis barkbusters on at the moment. I cut the ball off of my brake lever to ensure it fit properly with no rubbing or touching

I've scrolled through my pics, on the 4th of May it was still straight. When I stopped for fuel at Brandfort on the wat to CT you can already see a slight bend.
