Hi guys I have seen a lot of different threads stating they need to remove the magneto and can't find a suitable bolt.. So they have to put the job on hold and order a tool.
I also had this problem but as I spend all my money on jagermeister and beer I wasn't ordering one.
So I got to thinking and remebered back to the days of working on trucks.
A truck wheel nut stud is 22mm with the right pitch thread and as trucks need them replaced at set service intervals truck workshops normally have buckets full of them.
You simply have to grind to flats on the centre collar to fit your spanner and hey presto.
The best thing is they are super strong and normally free of charge.
Hope this helps a couple of guys out.
