Mapsource and MapInstall problems?

Am i the only one experiencing these problems?

My Mapsource is now fixed but my Garmin MapInstall software keeps showing this error and then closes.

I have to load maps at work.. 

I emailed Garmin support a few minutes ago but will not hold my breath for a solution.  :bueller:
