I love this bike, but the past week or so I experienced the pain of owning a 'foreign' bike and not being close to the agents.

A palooka mechanic here in PE who was supposed to know what he was doing, but did not pay attention, changed fork seals on the bike. In re-assembling he pinched the speed sensor cable with the mudguard and the electronics went haywire, disabled all the ride functions.

So off to CT with the courier and at the same time had the 20 000km service done. Great service by the agents. But it hurt.

I knew the score when I bought the bike, but it still hurts. Going very nicely again. I will still keep it.

Took one of those on a test ride, in the worst CT weather last winter ...... it was a flipping fun ride and bike.

We on the Platteland knows that feeling all too well. I have sent cars and bikes to CT on lowbeds.
