I've been looking for a small medical aid kit with the basic stuff to just throw in when I pack to go on a trip. Found a nice one at Pick n Pay for R60. I almost bought another one that has less inside at the local hardware store for R100, but the friendly lady at the paypoint advised me of the alternative.
Not all PnP's carry them though, I suspect only the bigger ones - For the Capies I found it at Willow Bridge.
