For Those dogs that frequent Billricks - here is an extract from thier newsletter:
" itâ??s with regret that we inform you of the passing away on Sunday of Martin Walters or Marty as most of us knew him. Our deepest sympathies and condolences go to Sarah and the rest of the family. His humour and spirit will me missed by us at the rallies and runs.
We will be leaving Billricks at 12 o'clock on Saturday going to 1st ave Walmer funeral home. We will be following the hearse in a mass ride to St. Marks church where the funeral is to be held. Please advice all your biker friends"
I dont have the full details first hand yet but rumers has it that his bike slipped on the wet road and hit a tree at the Greenbushes / old Cape road T-junction.
