Just found this from a while ago.
His son, Gioele rolled out one of Meoni's bikes for the day. The Geo Sala and friends got a chance to reminisce and ride the beast. Some interesting bits too in the article about testing - Another time we tried stressing an engine. Never (checked) tappets, never did an oil change, no adjustment. At 72,000 kilometres we opened the cases. That's enough, the Dakar is shorter!
I remember drooling about this bike as soon as I saw it, I knew I wanted one day to have one just like it. I've been really lucky.
