Mod to retain plastic lectric protection when fitting TT Ali valve cover guards

Fitted new TT ali guards but had to give up the plastic potentiometer cover and as I could not find anything that does same job I hacked away the front broken bits of old OEM plastic valve cover and then retro fitted the plastic bits to the new TT Ali guard.  The plastic OEM guard is still bolted to the top mounting bracket and held on at the back with the original cable tie.  Will see if it holds up during the next plot I buy
