More power to tornado!!

Hi Guys.  ;D

I love my xr250 tornado.. but am in need of more speed.. where can I get a big bore conversion done.. like to a 310 or something and have it done perfectly.. and gear it up for better speeeeeeed on the sprockets? It's only flaw is not being faster than taxi's so 130kph should be fine. Anyone know where I can get this done by a pro and not someone who will destroy my baby?
