In 1985 these okes can make a pretty decent twin that has an empty weight of 145 kgs and about 42 hp (read the spec sheet)
On all accounts reading other forums a lekker bike for back then. Probably with a few mods not bad for today.
How on Gods green earth 34 years later can no manufacturer make a decent 140 kg empty weight parallel twin adventure bike of about 500cc and with 60 hp.
I'm certain if this motor was forced into a KTM 500 frame the empty weight would be less than 130 kgs!
Where are we going with porky middle weight 790R and 700 Tenere that are over 190 kgs empty??????
