Motorbike commuting shoes/boots advice needed

I commute to work and back daily but the shift lever is screwing up my work shoes. Other than that, my toe is really starting toe feel the brunt of the constant shifting.

Ideally I would like to buy something neat enough I can commute and also work with. If not, the option is also there to pack my work shoes in my bag and commute with some other shoes.

Any suggestions? Budget friendly preferred
