Must upgrade my all-purpose jacket - options??

Used to ride with my Richa jacket for more than 3 years now.  Need to replace.  Looking for an all-purpose d/s jacket.  Something with armour, a rain inner, good ventilation.  Everyday riding, including commuting.  When its really cold I wear a sweater underneath, when really hot I ride with my summer jacket.  So this one is for the other 95% moderate days.

Budget - between R2k-R4k
