My 800 is starting to vibrate - Does yours?

My 2011  f800 has 54k kms on, it went for its last service 4000km/s +- 2months ago at the stealers. Lately my bike is starting to vibrate a lot more. So much so that I've pulled over to check my tires thinking that I might have a dinged rim or flat spot. Vibrations seeem engine related. Pulling in the clutch does not lessen the vibrations. Closing the throttle does however. Could it be timing chain or tensioner problems? Anyone else with similar mileage bikes with the same symptoms?
