Great report and videos thanks, and lots of useful road info……I am busy planning a solo in the same areas sometime in the second half of the year and this is really helpful 👍🏼

I prefer solo rides, I've only ever done 1 group ride and hated it. I try to stretch the roughly 300km across the day. I stop often to take gazillions of pix (thank you digital tech), take a break under a tree, chat to people I encounter at a fuel stop or on a farm.

When I reach my evening destination it's often a bit of an anti-climax and I can't wait for morning to get going again. Early to bed, early to rise so I can go ride.

Nogal een van my memorable (vir my) was hier in Desember

T7 is 11km per liter. Wow never knew they were that heavy on fuel. Even in a strong headwind
Thank you for the RR
We have had some serious wind these past 3 months in the westcoast and i commute daily.
I take time to fill up the T7 properly as that last litre or so can be an issue.
I only fill up and use fuely to track my fill ups.
Lowest i have seen was about 15km/l, but that is doing 150km/h into a head wind of 50km/h.
They do get heavy on fuel the higher the speeds are but i have never seen that low consumption.
Was wondering about that myself.
The T7 is definitely lighter on fuel than my R1200gs rallye.....
