So I decided to tackle this one by myself  :p Was not lus to fork out the dough for it.

Had the manual helping me step by step  ;)
Bike was not very clean. Decided to clean it properly while I have it stripped  :mwink:

Went quickly. And then for the spring removal:

After removing the end plate and cleaning out some of the crap in there:

Was a bit of a mission getting the rod out the damper case.. The o-ring was stubborn to get past the circlip seat ::)
And all clean waiting to be stripped further:

And here is the outjie that I need to get to. Bottom left oil seal is leaking oil:

It's all done and worked like a charm.  8) Feels better than ever!

Got all the seals from seal company in PTA West. Wanted to replace the rod guide case too, but it was not worn too bad and I think will be a mission to source either way. Will have to cross that bridge next time.  :-\

Now that I think about it, I should have taken more pics of the assembly process, oil filling etc..

Well it was a mission, but it is done!
