Please PM what that stuff is you smoked or popped just before you saw these amazing feats of engineering.

The only way an Uno or a Channa goes up there is at the bottom of these.

Hoe's daai Corsa bakkie daar uit?

My 2wd Navara het geen problem gehad nie. Nie eens gespin nie, maar dan sit my laaities sy gat nogal vas.

Corsa being front wheel drive spun out a bit but with an oke sitting on each front fender to add traction pulled through just fine.

The Chana belongs to the people who run the place and was parked there - has clearly done innumerable trips up and down.

Baie lekker parties  both nights and a good tester in and out of the bash site  :ricky: I had some bad luck....  1400km old chain broke at Kenton and broke clutch slave on our way back  
Thanks to Kaligadi  (My ou skool pal) and Wolveseun whom rescued us and deliverd us safely in PE.  Jannie for fetching after he had just arrived back home from the bash and Craigh for the trailer and getting my bike to KTM in PE  the next day.

Aiden from KTM trying to get me mobile again but just to find the chain bent the clutch pin and broke the slave.
Put her on a rental Isuzu and we safely home after a lekker kuier at the Velti's koedoekloof....   :biggrin:

Drazil for keeping us company and lifting Anda up the hill and Ys for the tow with the blue rope.  :eek7:

Special thanx to OS and HSK for tagging us along on Thursday going to the site.
Special thanx to IDR and friends for taking us back with them on the way up to the big smoke, and waiting for us on Sunday morning until we were 'ready' to drive......

I dont have fotos, as I am not in the habit of incriminating myself......I leave that to the poor people that had to listen to 'Pavarotti" reincarnated on Saturday... :ricky:

My 2wd Navara het geen problem gehad nie. Nie eens gespin nie, maar dan sit my laaities sy gat nogal vas.

Die Corsa, wat so by the way, swaarder gelaai was as toe hy in gegaan het het nogals nie sleg gevaar nie.  Het net sowat 800m nodig gehad vir 'n Ranger 2wd om ons so bietjie te trek.

Moet erken my lewensverwagting is so 10 jaar minder na daai trippie daarop.

It's true, I have seen a Corsa bakkie down there, and just 2 weeks ago a VW Transporter (or Whatever they are called) also front wheel drive go up there.
But remember that the bikes stuffed the road up a bit, by loosening the stones,

The 1 barman there was also in a Corsa.  I got up further than he did and that in an overloaded Corsa with an additional 250kg in the front.

And you should see the EC taxis give way when they saw the GP number plates. Sissies I tel you Sissies.
