Need advice on replacement LED lights for R1200GS Trophy

I have a R1200GS trophy model, and that means normal Halogen lights, which are not very good.

I would very much like some advice on LED light replacements (H7 bulb I think?) that are suitable for South Africa... Meaning, I don't want the cheap type that is likely to overheat and so on.  Something that is proven, hopefully by WD members.
